No-refund policy

Because all products are digital and accessible immediately after purchase, we do not issue refunds once a subscription has been activated.

Exceptions

We will refund (in part or full) only if:

  • You were charged in error (duplicate payment, wrong plan) and report it within 7 days.
  • The Service was unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours during your subscription.
  • Required by applicable law in your jurisdiction.

Chargebacks

Initiating a payment-processor chargeback without first contacting support will result in immediate account termination and a permanent ban.

Use the contact page with your order number. Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days.
